Russell + Meghan | Longwood Gardens Engagement
I met Russell and Meghan at Longwood Gardens recently for their engagement session. Meghan and Russell love the European feel that Longwood can offer. To finish the session, we drove to nearby Kennett Square and found a perfect little cafe that made a perfect backdrop to finish the evening with a glass of wine. They have spent summers traveling overseas and have many fond memories from their times together. Russell pulled many of their favorite places and foods together in an elaborate and romantic home makeover that concluded with a candle-lit proposal. Here is Meghan’s description of that unforgettable night.
“Passport free, Russ transformed his home into an elegant café for two elaborately decorated with framed pictures of us from our travels in Europe. The photos sparked my memory and drove the conversation, while we sat down to a three course meal, each course with music and cuisine from a country where we had traveled together. For dessert, in a romantic candle-lit room, Russ dropped to one knee romantically proclaiming his love and desire to care for me all of my life. We embraced as I accepted, eyes full of tears, because my fairy tale dreams had come true.”
Congratulations to you both!
